VHO - Khanh Hoa Provincial Monuments Conservation Center has just coordinated with Khanh Hoa Provincial Historical Science Association to successfully organize a scientific seminar on the activities of comrades Ha Huy Tap and Ngo Duc Dien in their homeland Khanh Hoa in the early 20th century.

At the workshop, delegates enthusiastically discussed the life and career of comrade Ha Huy Tap - former General Secretary of the Indochinese Communist Party, along with comrade Ngo Duc Dien - a true communist and outstanding revolutionary in the pre-1945 uprising period.

Here, most delegates agreed on the application and promotion of the contents, documents, and historical relics related to the two comrades in the educational programs in local schools, contributing to educating revolutionary traditions for future generations.

Through in-depth discussions, the workshop shed more light on the lives and revolutionary careers of the two comrades, and affirmed the key roles of the two revolutionaries Ha Huy Tap and Ngo Duc Dien in campaigning to establish the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

It is known that former General Secretary Ha Huy Tap was born in 1906, in a poor Confucian family in Kim Nac village, Tho Ngoa commune (now Cam Hung commune, Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh province). Comrade Ngo Duc Dien was born in 1900, in Ky Lac village, Trao Nha commune (now Nghen town, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province).

Not only imparting knowledge, they also actively propagated Marxism-Leninism to local teachers and students. Thanks to these activities, the first base of the Tan Viet Party was formed in Khanh Hoa, and many people became the first communist nuclei in this land.
