Accordingly, the Bo De Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board implements short-term leasing to exploit planning block E3/CC4 (C2-1/CCDVO3), Bo De Ward: Area 2,759 m²; The land has been cleared and is being managed against encroachment according to regulations; The purpose of leasing is to build a market, the expected leasing period is 05 years (60 months).
Starting price for land lease is determined separately for each purpose in the same plot of land: Market 158,620 VND/m²/year; Yard, internal road; flower garden: 158,620 VND/m²/year.
Subjects registered to participate in land lease
For individuals: Age from 18 years old or older, have full civil act capacity according to the provisions of law, have permanent residence in Vietnam.
For organizations: Must have a Business Registration Certificate with a business line suitable for the rental purpose issued by a competent state agency.
Terms of lease
1. The investor pays a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the land lease contract.
2. The person selected to lease the land must not build permanent structures and must commit to voluntarily demolish the structures when notified by the Bo De Ward Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board about the termination of the contract, and will not be compensated for land, assets and investment costs on the land. The person selected to lease the land must pay a deposit for the responsibility of demolishing the structures.
Within 30 days from the date of public announcement (November 5, 2025 - December 4, 2025), participating organizations and individuals must send their applications to the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Bo De Ward, No. 10 Gia Thuy Street, Bo De Ward, Hanoi City.
The dossier (self-sealed) includes: (1) Application form for information on participation in short-term land lease (Form 02); Copy of legal documents of the organization/individual (Business registration certificate, financial capacity, ID card...); (2) Application for short-term land lease (Form 03); (3) Additional documents for land use feasibility assessment: Investor's site layout plan (showing boundaries, area, functional area structure; attached PDF/CAD file if available).
Within 05 working days from the date of expiration of the public announcement, the Bo De Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board will notify the selected tenant (the person with the land lease application and the highest rental price proposal) to agree on the conditions and content to sign the contract. After 03 written or phone notifications to the selected tenant, if the selected tenant does not contact the Bo De Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to agree on the conditions and content to sign the contract or the selected tenant does not agree with the conditions and content of the contract, the Bo De Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board will make a public announcement to select another tenant.
