Viettel Post exceeded its third quarter revenue plan.

Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post) announced its business results for the third quarter of 2025 with revenue reaching VND 4,957 billion, completing 103.95% of the plan, pre-tax profit reaching VND 109 billion, achieving 100% of the plan.

In this quarter, Viettel Post also officially launched the Tomato Box service - a fast shipping solution for individuals and small businesses, with an order creation process in just 60 seconds via an online link, hotline or QR code at the post office.

Viettel Post also won three major awards at IBA 2025, affirming its leading position in the Vietnamese logistics industry. The company aims to build a green, smart, and cross-border logistics ecosystem by 2030.

MediaTek launches Kompanio 540 processor for Chromebooks

On October 31, MediaTek officially introduced Kompanio 540, a new processor for thin, light, ultra-portable Chromebooks, targeting students in the digital age.

Kompanio 540 features an 8-core processor, integrated Arm Cortex-A78 CPU, dual-core GPU, LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 support, providing powerful performance, smooth multitasking and power saving. The fanless design helps the device operate smoothly, battery life is 35% longer than competitors.

Chromebook models using this chip will officially be available on the market from January 2026.

AI Minister Assists Parliament

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama announced at the Global Dialogue Forum in Berlin (Germany) that Diella, the country's first "Minister of Artificial Intelligence", has "conceived" and "born" 83 digital assistants to serve the work in Parliament.

These 83 assistants will attend sessions, take notes and advise MPs on how to respond to bills. According to Mr. Rama, these “children” will absorb knowledge from Diella about EU law and related areas.

Diella – whose name means “Sun” in Albanian – started out as a digital assistant helping citizens access online public services. In September 2025, she was officially appointed Minister of Artificial Intelligence, in charge of public procurement decisions, with a commitment to be “100% corruption-free”.

At the forum, Diella also said that artificial intelligence, when linked to democratic values ​​and cultural identity, can enhance rather than undermine human leadership.

"She" affirmed that she and her assistants will not replace civil servants, but will support them in making decisions using data and handling repetitive tasks.
