According to information from the National Business Registration Portal, Ha Linh Official Trading and Services Joint Stock Company has just announced changes to its business registration. The company stated that prior to the changes, it had registered 15 business lines.

In the announcement of changes, TikToker Vo Ha Linh's company registered two additional business lines. The added lines include real estate business, land use rights owned, used or leased; consulting, brokerage, and auctioning of real estate and land use rights, excluding auction activities.

The company was established in May 2021 and is headquartered in Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province. Ms. Vo Thi Ha Linh (born in 1992) serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Director, and Legal Representative.
At the time of its establishment, the company had a registered capital of 2 billion VND. Of this, Vo Thi Ha Linh contributed 90%, equivalent to 1.8 billion VND. Two other individuals, Nguyen Thi Nga and Vo Thi Hoai Thuong, each contributed 5%, equivalent to 100 million VND.
In September 2022, Ms. Vo Thi Hoai Thuong (born in 1991) was appointed Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Director, replacing Ms. Vo Thi Ha Linh. However, in June 2023, the position was transferred back to Ms. Linh.
By October 2024, Vo Ha Linh's company announced an increase in its charter capital to 19.5 billion VND, with the specific capital contributors not disclosed. According to tax declarations, the company currently has 10 official employees.
Vo Ha Linh is currently one of the leading KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in livestream sales in Vietnam. However, since the beginning of the year, this "livestreaming sensation" has been involved in several controversies related to product advertising.
In late March, the Vietnam Consumer Protection Association sent a document requesting authorities to investigate the sales activities of several KOLs and KOCs, including TikToker Vo Ha Linh. The association stated that Vo Ha Linh has been repeatedly accused of price dumping, supplying substandard goods, and encouraging hoarding, causing concern among consumers and negatively impacting the retail market.
Shortly afterward, Vo Ha Linh posted on her verified official page, affirming her commitment to transparency in her livestream sales activities on e-commerce platforms and always prioritizing consumer rights.
