Previously, the company had issued directives and developed detailed response plans based on the "four on-site" principle; directed the Son La High-Voltage Power Grid Enterprise and its subordinate regional power management teams to deploy personnel on duty 24/7, prepare sufficient materials and equipment to readily address incidents when necessary; the company's rapid response team was ready to support units within the company and other severely affected units when ordered, coordinating with functional forces to quickly handle emerging situations and minimize the impact of the storm.
Simultaneously, the company is clearing power line corridors, carrying out industrial cleaning, reinforcing poles and substations, and inspecting critical points, substations, and key power lines. The company requires units to review the power grid operation situation, strengthen inspections of high-risk landslide and flooding areas; coordinate with local authorities to organize awareness campaigns and provide guidance on electricity usage and flood release from the Chiềng Ngàm and Sơ Vin hydropower plants; and implement plans to ensure the safety of dam structures and downstream areas, especially critical points.
Son La Power Company is determined to ensure the safety of people and equipment while maintaining a stable power supply, promptly restoring power after the storm, and contributing to minimizing the impact on people's lives and socio-economic development.
