"My grandmother is this size, how big are you ladies? My 93-year-old grandmother does yoga at this size," Xuân Thảo's caption received over 700,000 interactions and tens of thousands of comments expressing amusement.
"She's 93 years old but healthier than her own child. Wishing her continued good health and happiness," wrote reader Thuy Linh.

Becoming famous overnight, Mrs. Trung was very surprised, not expecting so many people to love her. Whenever anyone came to visit, she would show them the video, praising her, saying, "Only Thao could do something like that."
Mr. Trung has five children and currently lives with his fourth child, who is Xuan Thao's father. For the past seven years, he has maintained a habit of exercising 3-4 times a day.
Last year, she was still out in the garden digging the soil, Thao jokingly said, "Only God could stop her." Recently, the family has stopped her from doing heavy work for fear of affecting her health.
At 93 years old, Mrs. Trung is still mentally sharp, always cheerful, and self-reliant in all her personal activities. Her secret to longevity is being a vegetarian for 9 years.
"I usually eat green vegetables, roots, and fruits that I grow at home, and I limit eating out. My diet is as simple as that," the elderly woman said.
For Xuan Thao, her grandmother "holds the number one spot in her heart." The two have been close and loving since Thao was a child. Even after growing up and leaving her hometown to start a career in Ho Chi Minh City, she still considers her grandmother's teachings as her guiding principles in life.
"Last time, I wrote a letter to my grandmother. She read it, put it away, and then showed it off to everyone," she recalled.

Every year, Xuan Thao makes sure to return to her hometown to visit her family 2-3 times. On days when she misses her grandmother, she constantly calls her and checks the home security camera every day to see what her grandmother is doing.
"Every time I go back to my hometown, I often record adorable moments of my grandmother to preserve the memories. I cherish every minute and every second I spend with her," Thao said.
