Mrs. Tran Thi Cam Giang (87 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) is also affectionately known as "Mother Muoi". For over 36 years, she has devoted all her love and money to caring for, nurturing and building 'Thien Duyen Shelter'.

Thien Duyen Shelter is located at 73 Nguyen Thi Ne, Phu Hoa Hamlet, Phu Hoa Dong Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The shelter was built by Ms. Giang in 1988, from 3 children infected with Agent Orange initially, now has more than 130 children. Some were brought by their parents, some were found on the street and taken home by her, most of them are disabled due to the after-effects of dioxin.

Now, despite her old age and poor health, every day, Mother Muoi still takes good care of the children's meals and sleep.
