Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa's family in Dong Phuoc neighborhood currently has 3 members, of which his wife and son have participated in compulsory health insurance, but Mr. Hoa has not. When he saw the propaganda team directly come to his house to persuade, Mr. Hoa's son proactively registered his father to participate in health insurance for a period of 12 months, and at the same time told Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tran in the collection service team: "Remember to remind me when the deadline comes!"
In another case, Mrs. Duong Thi Thanh Xuan and her husband in Nguyen Cong Tru neighborhood both participated in health insurance, but her daughter Huynh To Nhung had not participated yet, so when she was encouraged and informed, Mrs. Xuan immediately bought health insurance for her daughter. Mrs. Xuan said: "My daughter has just moved from Ho Chi Minh City to work here for nearly 2 months. I planned to participate in health insurance but I kept reminding her but she still did not go to the ward to register. This time, the family is a bit tight so we only participated in health insurance for 6 months for her, and will continue to pay when the deadline comes."

Currently, the provincial Social Insurance and localities have been using many forms of direct propaganda, combined with online propaganda to help people understand the social insurance and health insurance policies. In particular, propaganda in small groups and teams is a form of propaganda regularly implemented by the provincial Social Insurance, local social insurance agencies and collection service organizations. This propaganda method helps social insurance officers and collection agents to directly approach and provide in-depth advice to people to clearly understand the policy, while also understanding the family circumstances, income level, and psychology of the people to provide timely advice and support. For example, in Tuy Hoa ward, in addition to direct propaganda, the locality has applied the method of propaganda in small groups, in which the core force is youth union members. Initially, this method has brought many positive effects.
According to Ms. Huynh Le Hang, Director of Phu Yen Community Media Company Limited, the unit is currently coordinating with the provincial Social Insurance, Tuy Hoa Social Insurance, Tuy Hoa Post Office to divide into small groups, go to each residential area, market, and shop to communicate visually through distributing leaflets, brochures, vividly describing the contribution levels, benefits, and support levels to the people; combining direct propaganda, mobilizing people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance.
