Digital travel platform Agoda has just announced a list of the most affordable destinations in Asia for the summer of 2025, from June to August. Notably, Da Lat is honored to be in the top 5 destinations that offer visitors an ideal vacation amidst poetic mountains and forests at affordable costs.

Topping the list is Surabaya (Indonesia), followed by Tirupati (India) and Hat Yai (Thailand), with average room rates of VND972,000 and VND1,025,000/night, respectively. Next, Da Lat ranked 4th. The misty city of Vietnam quickly regained its position in the top 5 most affordable destinations, after being absent from the list this spring. With an average room rate of VND1,180,000/night, Da Lat also attracts tourists thanks to its cool climate, vast pine forests and ancient French architecture, unique culture and rich cuisine .

The “Best Budget Summer Destinations” ranking was compiled by travel support platform Agoda based on average room rates at the 10 most popular destinations in 9 Asian travel markets, helping travelers find affordable options for their summer vacation this year.
