On the afternoon of February 5, the Party Delegation of the People's Council of Da Nang City issued a notice on the assignment of the Party Delegation of the People's Council of the City.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee has agreed to assign Mr. Tran Phuoc Son, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Delegation, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Council - to be in charge of the Party Delegation of the City People's Council until the position of Party Delegation Secretary is completed.

At the same time, Mr. Tran Phuoc Son was also assigned to be in charge of the People's Council of Da Nang city until the position of Chairman of the People's Council of the city is completed.

Mr. Tran Phuoc Son (52 years old, from Duy Chau commune, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam ) has a Master's degree in Economics, graduated from university majoring in Economic Management.

Mr. Son has held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Secretary of the Lien Chieu District Party Committee, and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

Also on the same morning, at the 16th session (special session) of the 10th term Da Nang City People's Council, term 2021-2026, the Da Nang City People's Council dismissed Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet from the position of Chairman of the City People's Council and dismissed him from being a City People's Council delegate.

Previously, on January 24, Mr. Triet was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.
