Accordingly, the highest cutoff score is 20.5 points for the Medical and Dentistry majors, and the lowest is 17 points.

Accordingly, the highest admission cutoff score for Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy is 20.5 points for Medicine and Dentistry; and 19 points for Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy. The remaining majors have a cutoff score of 17 points, including: Preventive Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health , Medical Laboratory Technology, and Medical Imaging Technology.

In 2025, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy will recruit 2,750 students. Of these, 2,325 will be for the regular undergraduate program and 390 for the regular transfer program across 12 majors. The quota for each major may be adjusted by approximately 20% based on actual demand and the overall admission scores.

Some majors also include the combination of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (A00) or Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics. Admission scores for this method are not weighted.

Regarding tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the regular training program fees range from over 44 million VND to over 63 million VND per academic year. The highest tuition fees are for Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy (63 million VND/academic year); the lowest are for Medical Imaging Technology, Midwifery, Public Health, and Nutrition (over 44 million VND/academic year).

Previously, for the 2024-2025 academic year, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy set its admission scores from 19.2 to 25.7 points, with the highest score for Medicine (25.7 points), followed by Dentistry (26.65 points) and Pharmacy (24.78 points); the lowest was for Public Health (19.2 points - the only major with an admission score below 20, the rest were all above 22 points).

Nam Can Tho University has also just announced the minimum admission scores for its 45 regular undergraduate programs in 2025, ranging from 15 to 20.5 points, based on the high school graduation exam scores. Accordingly, the highest minimum score is 20.5 points for Medicine and Dentistry, followed by Pharmacy (19 points); the remaining health-related programs have a minimum score of 17 points. A minimum score of 15 points applies to engineering, economics , and social science programs. This year, Nam Can Tho University is recruiting 7,200 students for its programs; tuition fees range from 20 to 80 million VND per academic year (depending on the program).
