The 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Tan Tien Commune, term 2025-2030

Attending the event were Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, member of the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union; Huynh Van Quy, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tan Tien Commune Party Committee; and 102/105 official delegates, representing 3,519 female members in the commune.

Tan Tien Commune Women's Union has 25 women's branches, including 13 ethnic minority women's branches and 10 branches in particularly difficult situations.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the work of the association and women's movement has achieved many positive results, especially the effective implementation of the emulation movement "Building Dak Lak women of the new era" and the campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean".

During the term, the association at all levels supported 45 women to start businesses; helped 61 households with women escape poverty (exceeding the set target); and introduced 28 outstanding members to the Party for consideration of admission (exceeding the target).

Social security activities such as the "Godmother" program and the construction of "Shelters of Love" have been maintained effectively. Digital transformation has been focused on, the association has coordinated to guide the installation of VneID and participated in the model "No appointment, no writing Wednesday"...

With the motto "Solidarity - Creativity - Innovation - Breakthrough - Development", for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Tan Tien commune aims to promote women's autonomy, creativity and aspiration to rise up, with 6 main groups of targets.

In particular, the annual efforts are to: support 15 women to start businesses; help 15 near-poor households headed by women escape near-poverty and have stable jobs; coordinate job referrals for 370 workers (of which 70% are women)...

Strive during the term to attract 60% or more women aged 18 and over to join the association; implement a specific model of gathering women in the locality...

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Tan Tien commune for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced to the congress.

The Congress identified two breakthroughs, including: Comprehensive digital transformation in the organization of women and accompanying women to improve digital capacity; Promoting women to start businesses, innovate, and get rich legitimately.

At the congress, the Presidium announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Tan Tien commune, term I, consisting of 33 members; Ms. Tam, Party Committee member, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to hold the position of President of the Women's Union of Tan Tien commune, term 2025 - 2030.
