In the 2021-2025 term, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Factory's command and the guidance of the superior professional agencies, the work of the Association and the women's movement of Factory X55 have had comprehensive and steady development. The emulation movements closely followed the political tasks, the content and form of activities were innovated, practically effective, contributing to building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive unit "Exemplary, typical".

The Association has performed well its functions of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women; proactively advising on the arrangement and placement of jobs appropriate to the qualifications and abilities of its members; 100% of its staff and members are provided with opportunities to study and improve their professional qualifications and digital skills. Every year, the Association launches exciting emulation movements, attracting 100% of its members to register; 95% achieve the title of "Successfully completing tasks", of which 20% "Excellently completing".

The Association also actively responded to the national digital transformation work, implemented the "Digital Education for All" movement, mobilized members to participate in building "5 yes, 3 clean families", contributing to building a healthy cultural environment and regular discipline in the unit.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of exemplary cadres, demonstrating the determination to unite, be creative, and continue to strive to build a strong and comprehensive X55 Factory, worthy of the title "Naval Women with courage, intelligence, discipline, and humanity" in the new era.
