During the 7-day training course, the trainees received in-depth training in: computer skills and operating system features; skills in drafting and issuing official documents, content related to the "Equality, Digital Women" movement of the Ministry of National Defense; knowledge of sending, receiving, and processing electronic documents, especially personal and organizational digital skills in managing and processing high-density electronic documents in the military digital environment; in addition, course content on military management and administration and general office work.

In his closing remarks, Major General Le Van Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, responsibility, and learning achievements of the trainees. The training content not only provided foundational knowledge but also served as a basis for the trainees to become key figures in spreading the "Digital Literacy Movement" and successfully implementing digital transformation tasks within their agencies and units.

To maximize the effectiveness of the training course, Major General Le Van Dung suggested that the organizing committee and management agencies should continue to research, develop, and refine the content, form, and methods of training to suit the target audience; and supplement new digital platforms disseminated by the Ministry of National Defense to enhance the skills of officers and staff in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector throughout the army. For the trainees, it is necessary to actively research and study to improve personal and organizational digital skills in ICT work; proficiently perform skills in sending, receiving, and processing electronic documents; strongly promote the role of advising and proposing to assist Party committees and commanders in administrative reform, e- government development, and digital transformation; through practical implementation, officers and staff in ICT should regularly share experiences, best practices, and innovative approaches with the Office of the Ministry of National Defense to disseminate and replicate them; and at the same time, report on regulations and guidelines that need to be adjusted or supplemented…
