During the 7-day training, the students were equipped with in-depth knowledge of: Computer skills, operating system features; skills in drafting and issuing official documents, contents of the "Equality, digital women" movement of the Ministry of National Defense; knowledge of sending, receiving and processing electronic documents, especially personal digital skills, organizational digital skills in management, processing of dense electronic documents in the military digital environment; in addition to course content on military management, operations and general office work.

In his closing speech, Major General Le Van Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, responsibility and learning results of the trainees. The learning content not only provides basic knowledge but also serves as a basis for trainees to become the core of spreading the "Digital Education for All" movement and successfully carry out the digital transformation task at agencies and units.

To promote the effectiveness of the Training Course, Major General Le Van Dung suggested that the Organizing Committee and management agencies need to continue to research, develop, and standardize the content, form, and training methods suitable for the target audience; supplement new digital platforms disseminated by the Ministry of National Defense to improve the skills of officers and staff of the VTBMLT throughout the army. For trainees, it is necessary to actively research and study to improve personal digital skills and organizational digital skills in VTBMLT work; master the skills of sending, receiving, and processing electronic documents; strongly promote the role of advising, proposing, and assisting Party committees and commanders in administrative reform, e- Government development, and digital transformation; through practical implementation, experiences, good practices, and creativity, VTBMLT officers and staff regularly inform and exchange with the Office of the Ministry of National Defense to spread and replicate; at the same time, reflect on regulations and instructions that need to be adjusted and supplemented...
