In implementing the campaign to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, the Standing Committee of the Dak Glong District Party Committee has determined that this is a political activity of special importance, widespread, continuous, and closely linked to reality.

Therefore, the study and implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, the thematic topics for the entire term, and the annual thematic topics on learning from and following Uncle Ho's example have always been seriously and systematically carried out by the Dak Glong District Party Committee.

This is most clearly demonstrated by the fact that from 2021-2023, 147 key officials at the district level participated in 3 nationwide online conferences organized by the Central Government.

The entire district organized 119 grassroots-level conferences, with 3,924 participants. Party committees at all levels have incorporated the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW into their annual political work programs and plans.

In particular, amidst the complex developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, Party committees at all levels have demonstrated flexibility, timely adaptation, and effectiveness in organizing and implementing measures.

Local authorities have intensified the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, linking it with various campaigns, emulation movements, and the resolution of pressing and prominent issues within the unit.

The results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style are considered one of the criteria for evaluating, reviewing, and classifying civil servants and Party members at the end of the year.

Over the past three years, the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW has contributed to creating a solid foundation for strongly promoting the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings in the new period.

The results have demonstrated the strong impact and widespread influence of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW throughout the entire Party organization of the district.

Along with the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be clean and strong, it has awakened dedication, responsibility, and discipline among cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees.

Develop many good models.

Bearing in mind President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, over the years, many concrete and practical actions, many good models, and valuable experiences in various fields have been creating a strong ripple effect throughout the district.

For example, within the Women's Union, more and more new models and effective methods are emerging, demonstrating the positive and enthusiastic response of female members to the movement.

The most prominent is the establishment of typical clubs, groups and teams such as: "Culture - arts, physical education - sports club of Kon Hao" in Dak Ha commune; "Prevention of domestic violence on early marriage and incestuous marriage" club in village 1, Dak Som commune; "Folk dance and sports club of Phi Gle" in Quang Son commune; "Women's association of 5 no, 3 clean" model in village 7, Quang Hoa commune...

Within the farmers' association, there is a movement of mutual support and assistance to develop production. This is achieved through practical actions such as sharing business experiences, lending capital, providing seeds and livestock, and creating jobs for each other.

Over the past 3 years, Dak Glong District Farmers' Association has helped 42 poor and disadvantaged farmer families to develop production.

The Dak Glong District Labor Union presented 63 gift packages, each worth 300,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The unit coordinated with the Hoa Cuc Kindergarten Trade Union to donate 100 pairs of sandals to the children of trade union officials, workers, and employees at schools located in Dak R'Mang commune and some agencies; and supported the construction of "Trade Union Shelter" houses for 3 union members.

Many exemplary young people who excel in business, volunteer for the community, and those who were previously considered problematic but have since reformed and reintegrated into society are being identified and promoted by the unit...

In addition, localities and units have reviewed and selected urgent, complicated issues that have received public attention to focus on solving. Thereby, assigning responsibilities to leaders and civil servants in charge of professional matters and proposing solutions and deadlines to strive to overcome them.

According to Ta Dinh Hai, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Dak Glong District Party Committee, through studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, each cadre, Party member, civil servant, and public employee in the district has become more steadfast in their ideology and responsibility, and works more actively, scientifically, and effectively.

During the period of 2021 - 2023, the whole district had 24 grassroots models that were effectively deployed in practice. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee selected 2 typical models as points for development and replication in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style throughout the district. These are the models "Sharing love, bringing children to school" and "Building Dak P'lao commune free of drug abuse".
