When reaching km 66 + 700, National Highway 37, passing through Dong Lac commune (Nam Sach), he collided with the rear of a car 34C-074.50 driven by Mr. LTTr., born in 1988, living in Thanh An commune (Thanh Ha) that was parked close to the right edge of the road in the same direction ahead.
