At the conference, delegates discussed and approved the following reports: the first draft of the Political Report to be presented at the First Provincial Party Congress of Agencies for the 2025-2030 term; the draft report on the situation and results of task implementation since the establishment of the Party Committee to date, and the direction and tasks for the second quarter of 2025. The conference also approved the assignment of steering committees for the congresses of grassroots Party branches and committees for the 2025-2030 term and some issues related to personnel work.

Concluding the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies emphasized that the tasks for the Party Committee in the second quarter of 2025 are to continue to promote the dissemination, concretization, and effective implementation of resolutions and directives at all levels, ensuring thoroughness, practicality, quality, and effectiveness, especially those resolutions directly related to the development of several sectors and localities in the province, and the dissemination of information on major anniversaries and important events of the country and the province. Leaders of grassroots Party committees should successfully direct the congresses of subordinate Party branches and committees, and the First Congress of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025-2030, according to plan. Leaders of the Fatherland Front and political-social organizations should focus on building and consolidating national unity. Actively responding to and implementing the "90 Days of Joint Efforts to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Ninh Thuan Province" campaign, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies also directed the strengthening of situation monitoring and advisory work, coupled with propaganda, mobilization, and ideological stabilization, in preparation for the merger of the political systems at all levels and the implementation of the Ninh Thuan nuclear power plant project. He assigned the Party Committee Office to coordinate with advisory committees to develop a specialized resolution for the Party Committee to lead and direct effectively. In addition, he emphasized strengthening inspection and supervision to ensure that the implementation of the Standing Committee's and the Provincial Party Committee's directives is on the right track and achieves practical effectiveness.
