Korean chef guides how to make kimchi

BTO-On the afternoon of November 30, chef Jang Soonin (Korea) gave instructions to chefs from the Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association on how to make traditional kimchi of this country, at Saigon Mui Ne resort.

Ms. Jang Soonin is a lecturer specializing in teaching traditional Korean dishes, invited by the Professional Chefs Association to instruct members.

At the training session, the chefs of the Professional Chefs Association were excited about this dish. This is a traditional dish of the Korean people and has been elevated to become a symbol of Korean cuisine .

Ms. Jang Soonin gave detailed instructions on the steps from pickling and using typical ingredients. She shared: Currently in Vietnam, it is not difficult to buy these ingredients, and of course you can also use Vietnamese fish sauce instead of Korean fish sauce, with the condition that it must have a high protein content, to produce a delicious, authentic dish. During the instruction session, many international tourists also expressed their interest and shared their experiences with this dish.
