Strengthen visual propaganda to celebrate the big festival

Towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, which is a political event of great significance in the local political and social life, in coordination with other levels and sectors in the province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VH-TT&DL) deployed propaganda activities, organized practical activities to welcome the Congress, creating an exciting atmosphere and trust in the leadership of the province.

In the central area of ​​the province, flags and flowers were brightly decorated to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

The 1st Provincial Party Congress is an important historical milestone, demonstrating solidarity, unity and determination for comprehensive innovation for the sustainable development of the homeland. To prepare well for the Congress, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has promoted propaganda and visual agitation.

In mid-September, the streets, provincial centers, and central wards were brightly decorated with red flags with yellow stars, banners, slogans, propaganda, billboards, posters... reflecting the jubilant atmosphere heading towards the Congress.

The Department has directed relevant specialized departments to conduct surveys of locations for propaganda of clusters of symbols, clusters of propaganda, billboards, and banners in provincial centers, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh areas (old); highway intersections to the province; locations inside and outside Hung Vuong Square; and has designed visual propaganda and propaganda maps in key areas and routes in the province.

Compiled 13 propaganda posters, 7 slogan banners, 24 billboards and pennants to send to communes and wards in the province to carry out visual propaganda work. The Center for Culture, Information and Cinema coordinated with a number of localities to carry out 2 comprehensive cultural and artistic propaganda sessions in Minh Hoa and Long Coc communes.

For the exhibition, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with 148 communes and wards to provide images reflecting typical activities in the fields of economy , culture - society, security - defense, landscapes of Phu Tho homeland... to serve the exhibition.

In addition, the Department also displays books, newspapers, magazines, documents, literary and artistic works... introducing 5 years of implementing socio-economic development tasks, term 2020 - 2025 in the corridor and lobby of the Provincial Culture and Arts House with staff arranged to introduce books, documents... in these areas. Displaying documents with the theme " Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee - Historical milestones".

Collecting, selecting and listing over 700 books and newspapers about the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh, Party and State leaders through the periods, the history of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee... Designing a 3D space layout in front of the Provincial Culture and Arts House with the content of the book and document exhibition "Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee - Historical milestones" to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

In this Art Program, the Department focused on directing Lac Hong Theater to develop scripts for 2 art programs: Opening session and welcoming the success of the Congress. The art program welcoming the Congress with the theme of praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and the country, praising Phu Tho province, preserving traditional identity. The art program welcoming the success of the Congress with the theme "Phu Tho firmly steps into the new era" with elaborate investment, freshness, harmonious combination of tradition and modernity.

Regarding propaganda activities about the Congress on mass media, there have been over 8,700 news and propaganda program articles in central and local newspapers, grassroots information systems and spread on digital platforms.

The Department regularly reviews and monitors information on the Internet, social networks and other forms of media to promptly prevent and handle fake information and toxic news that negatively affects the policies and implementation process of innovation and reorganization of the political system and Party Congresses at all levels, the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; and the 14th National Party Congress.

Viet Tri Ward arranged to hang fishtail flags on the flagpole system on Hung Vuong, Nguyen Tat Thanh, Tran Phu, and Phu Dong streets.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Bach Tuyet - Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Management, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said: During this time, our department as well as the specialized departments of the Department actively promote propaganda work, monitor and supervise each part of the work to ensure that the propaganda work is in accordance with regulations and suitable to the actual situation; closely following the direction and political and ideological orientation of all levels.

Thanks to that, the propaganda work aims to create unity in awareness, political ideology and action within the Party, consensus in society to successfully organize the Congress, and determination to quickly put the Congress Resolutions into life.

Visual propaganda and agitation activities contribute to consolidating and fostering our people's trust in the Party and the revolutionary cause initiated by the Party; leading the leadership to encourage and motivate the entire Party, people and army to take advantage of opportunities, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, accelerate, break through, promote patriotic emulation movements to achieve achievements in celebration of Party Congresses at all levels, bringing the country into a new era, an era of national growth.
