The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward visited and gave gifts to families in difficult circumstances.

Strengthening the organization and improving the quality of the team

In recent years, the Fatherland Front of Ha Giang 2 Ward has focused on innovating its operating methods and streamlining its organizational structure towards efficiency. Personnel work has been given attention from the selection, planning, training to professional development. Thanks to that, the Front's staff has been gradually rejuvenated, standardized, with a close and flexible working style, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new context.

Currently, the ward has 11 full-time officers working on the Front and 61 Heads of the Front Work Committees in 61 residential groups. This is the force directly implementing policies and movements in residential areas. Although each person has different circumstances, ages and work experience, they all demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in mobilizing the people, and are exemplary in implementing campaigns and emulation movements.

Ms. Mai Thi Dinh, Head of the Front Committee of Minh Khai Residential Group 7, is an outstanding example. With her dedication, closeness and ingenuity, she always maintains the role of "bridge" between the people and the government. In the emulation movements, Ms. Dinh proactively mobilized people to beautify the urban area, maintain environmental sanitation, and build a civilized lifestyle. Notably, during the recent flood, when all households in Group 7 were deeply flooded, she directly went to each house to support drinking water and food; at the same time, she strongly mobilized donors to contribute more necessities to promptly support the people. It is this dedication that has contributed to strengthening the spirit of solidarity, helping people to confidently overcome natural disasters.

Not only focusing on the organization of the apparatus, the Fatherland Front of the ward also regularly organizes training courses and professional training such as supervision skills, social criticism; methods of mobilizing people; updating legal knowledge; applying information technology in propaganda. Thereby, the Front staff is increasingly confident, professional, capable of solving work quickly, effectively, in accordance with the requirements of modernization.

Promoting the core role

Comrade Bui Van Thanh, Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, emphasized: “The Front staff must be truly ethical, exemplary, knowledgeable about the law and have the skills to mobilize the masses. The Ward will focus on training and professional development, while promoting the role of the Head of the Front Work Committee in residential groups to improve the quality of supervision, social criticism and strengthen the great national unity bloc.”

The consensus of the people in participating in movements such as "All people unite to build a cultural life", "Green Sunday", "Model residential area", "Maintaining urban order - environmental sanitation" is increasing. In addition, the role of the Front in monitoring and social criticism is increasingly clear. Front officials have actively participated in monitoring social security policies, revenue and expenditure at the grassroots level, and handling people's petitions. This helps increase transparency and contributes to strengthening people's trust in local authorities.

It can be affirmed that the staff of the Ha Giang 2 Ward Front have been and are the solid "support" in the work of mobilizing the people and building the great national unity bloc. With a sense of responsibility and close attachment to the people, they are always the pioneers, silently but effectively, making an important contribution to building the ward to be more civilized, rich, beautiful and worth living.
