Proposal to dismantle toll station T3 on National Highway 51 before December 15, 2025

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has just sent a document to the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam Road Administration, Road Management Zone IV and Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Development Joint Stock Company (BVEC) requesting to dismantle toll station T3 on National Highway 51, the section passing through Ho Chi Minh City, before December 15, 2025.

According to the Department of Construction, toll station T3 has stopped operating but many items still exist such as: station house, traffic island, pillar foundation, signs and auxiliary works, affecting urban aesthetics and posing potential traffic safety risks.

To protect people's lives and property and ensure traffic order and safety in the area, the Department of Construction requests the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Road Administration to direct BVEC to coordinate with Road Management Area IV to urgently dismantle all toll stations before the above deadline.
