Hanoi National University teaches AI applications to all students

From 2025, all full-time students of Hanoi National University will take foundation courses in digital technology and AI applications.

Hanoi National University has developed the course "Introduction to digital technology and artificial intelligence applications" to equip students with basic knowledge of digital thinking and AI applications right from the first year.

The course will be officially implemented from the 2025-2026 school year in the form of fully online training.

The course consists of 3 credits, built according to a modular structure, including compulsory and elective components suitable for different training fields such as natural sciences, engineering - technology, social sciences and humanities, economics - law, foreign languages ​​and educational sciences...

The course content is basic knowledge and skills, a premise for students to acquire specialized courses on technology and artificial intelligence applications in specialized fields of the training industry.

Not only teaching familiar information technology knowledge and applications, the course "Introduction to digital technology and artificial intelligence applications" also focuses on contents such as: data mining, digital communication, creativity in digital environment, digital security, exploitation and application of artificial intelligence to serve learning and research in different career fields.

The course content also places special emphasis on promoting independent and creative thinking, not depending on artificial intelligence for students - the young generation of intellectuals, young human resources, while ensuring academic integrity and ethical issues, and responsibility in applying artificial intelligence.

Hanoi National University plans to issue the course "Introduction to digital technology and artificial intelligence applications" at the end of May, and will apply online teaching from September for students enrolling from 2025.
