On December 7, Ba Dinh District Police, Hanoi , detained Nguyen Phuong Linh (20 years old, from Me Linh District, Hanoi) to investigate the act of property theft.
According to authorities, at around 12 noon on December 3, Linh went to Hang Bun Street (Nguyen Trung Truc Ward, Ba Dinh) to buy bun thang to eat.

However, Linh's behavior was discovered by the restaurant owner and reported to Nguyen Trung Truc Ward Police.
At the agency headquarters, the 20-year-old girl confessed to her crime. Authorities are completing the file to handle the subject according to regulations.
