Mobile Police force participates in simulated situation handling drills

Attending and directing the drill was Colonel Kieu Duc Tinh, Deputy Director of the City Police. Also attending were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ba Canh, Battalion Commander of Mobile Police Battalion No. 2, commanders of departments under the City Police and police of wards and communes in the area.

The drill is divided into many stages, starting with professional training content such as: Technical demonstration of tactical movements, formation movements and martial arts fighting techniques...

The main part of the drill was to practice handling a hypothetical situation where a group of extremists infiltrated and incited workers in an industrial park, forming a crowd that seriously disturbed public order and security, and resisted law enforcement officers. Immediately upon receiving the order, the Mobile Police mobilized forces and vehicles, deployed professional formations, and skillfully used many types of weapons and support tools provided to isolate and disperse the crowd, and arrest the ringleaders.

Organizing training and exercises is a regular activity, of great significance to improve the capacity of management, command, combat skills and coordination ability. Thereby, helping the Mobile Police force to always be proactive, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks, especially sudden and complicated tasks, without being passive or surprised.

The success of the drill continues to affirm the mettle, dexterity and determination of Hue City Police in maintaining political security, social order and safety, and protecting the safety of businesses and workers in the area.
