Delegation of People's Council of 3 northern Lao provinces offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives at Dien Bien Phu battlefield.

Delegates of the People's Council of Dien Bien province and three northern Lao provinces commemorated and paid tribute to the heroes at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield.

In the sacred moment, the delegates respectfully remembered and expressed their infinite gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh ; commemorated General Vo Nguyen Giap, the cadres, soldiers, youth volunteers, frontline workers and people who fought bravely and sacrificed to create the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu. Delegates of the People's Councils of provinces and cities respectfully offered flowers, burned incense, and paid tribute to the nation's outstanding children; respectfully wished the souls of the heroic martyrs and compatriots who sacrificed on the Dien Bien Phu battlefield to rest in peace, to bless the nation, the people, the prosperity of Vietnam, the Vietnamese people to always be peaceful and happy; the special friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos to be forever green and lasting forever.

During the visit and working period in Dien Bien province (from December 19 to 21), the delegation of People's Councils of 3 northern Lao provinces will exchange operational experiences with the People's Council of Dien Bien province; visit a number of key projects, the special national historical site of Dien Bien Phu Battlefield and typical models of production, business and economic development.
