In 2024, the implementation of the QCDC at the grassroots level in the city was carried out seriously and achieved results in all aspects of work. The Steering Committee for the implementation of the QCDC of the city advised the Party Committee to develop a work program, clearly defining tasks to focus on directing and closely implementing. Coordinated and created conditions for the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to inspect and supervise the activities of the government. The work of handling petitions, complaints and denunciations of citizens; receiving people and direct dialogue was carried out promptly and in accordance with regulations.

Thereby, most of the people understand and fully exercise their rights and obligations as stipulated in the Law on Democracy Implementation at Grassroots Level.

On behalf of the Inspection Delegation, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated Phan Rang - Thap Cham City for effectively implementing the QCDC at the grassroots level. In the coming time, he suggested that the locality further strengthen the propaganda work, thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on implementing democracy to the masses. Strengthen leadership and direction, effectively receive citizens, promptly resolve complaints and denunciations. Strengthen administrative reform, especially reviewing and eliminating administrative procedures that cause trouble for people according to regulations.
