After 15 years of implementing the New Rural Construction Program , Hung Yen province Have 100% commune number meet NTM standards There are 57 communes that have met the model NTM standards. Up to now, the province has had 227 communes registered and approved by the Provincial People's Committee for the program to build an electric lighting system to "light up the countryside roads". With a total of 1,667 km, the estimated support cost is 29.5 billion VND, over 705 km have been installed with a support cost of over 14.5 billion VND.

Implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP ) Project , the whole province has 606 products participating in the evaluation and ranking to be recognized as OCOP products . Of which, 493 products achieved 3 stars and 113 products achieved 4 stars.

The whole province organized and built 60 concentrated rice production models of 5 hectares or more, with a total area of over 1,192 hectares, of which the linked fields were over 6,823 hectares.

The total capital mobilized to implement the national target program on new rural construction is about 44.6 trillion VND. Of which, the central budget supports over 945 billion VND, the local budget 24.5 trillion VND...
