"We plan to increase the number of students accepted to 5-10 students/year in the coming years," said Mr. Hirakawa. According to a representative of Frieden, students working at the company will be divided into 3 phases. The first phase is internship and work. During this phase, after deducting all expenses, each student receives a salary of 140,000 yen/month (equivalent to 25-27 million VND). In phase 2, after the workers pass the practice certificate, the salary increases significantly. After deducting all expenses, each worker can pocket from 40 million VND/month or more. In phase 3, at this time, the workers work as engineers, with a monthly salary of 50 million VND or more, after deducting all expenses. "Our company has many departments, and there is no distinction between foreigners and Japanese. Therefore, we want our employees to work well so that they can later be promoted to Deputy Manager, Department Manager or Senior Manager in the company," said Mr. Hirakawa, Deputy General Director of Frieden Company. Mr. Hirakawa also shared that the company is researching and developing its projects in Vietnam, so today's students can become employees or managers of the company right in Vietnam. Mr. Ochiai Fuminori - Chairman of Orient Association, Japan - highly appreciated Vietnamese workers in general and workers of Quang Nam province in particular, in terms of potential and working attitude. Most students working in Japan have the desire to develop themselves and work long-term. This is a factor that Japan highly appreciates. In addition to veterinary and mechanical breeding, the Chairman of the Orient Association said that Japan also wants to develop the fields of agriculture, transportation , etc. Therefore, the opportunity for Vietnamese workers to work in Japan is very large. The most important thing is how the workers themselves work.
