Comrade Do Thanh Binh holds the position of Secretary of Can Tho City Party Committee

On the afternoon of January 17, at the Can Tho City Party Committee Office, a conference was held to announce the Politburo’s decision on personnel work. Attending the conference were Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, and Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Do Trong Hung announced the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of comrade Nguyen Van Hieu - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department.

At the same time, the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of comrade Do Thanh Binh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Can Tho City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term was announced.
