Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission worked with the Provincial Party Standing Committee

During the working program in Vinh Phuc , on the morning of January 11, comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee worked with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the work of arranging the apparatus and preparing for party congresses at all levels.

Also attending were comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; representatives of leaders of agencies under the Central Organizing Committee.

On the side of Vinh Phuc province, there were comrades: Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Bui Huy Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Following the Central Government's directions, Vinh Phuc has urgently and seriously completed the merger of communes, wards and towns according to the resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee; focused on fully and creatively implementing the local way of arranging and streamlining the apparatus. Currently, the master plans, projects and sub-projects are ready to be implemented according to the Central Government's policy; the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels in terms of personnel, documents and other contents is being carried out in accordance with regulations and progress.

The province also unanimously chose Lien Chau Commune Party Committee (Yen Lac) as the venue for organizing the commune-level Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; Yen Lac District Party Committee as the venue for organizing the district-level Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 18th Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.

Appreciating the urgent and serious working spirit of Vinh Phuc in the work of organizing the apparatus, preparing for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, comrade Le Minh Hung requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to carefully study the Central Committee's directive documents to organize implementation, as well as to have important and creative contributions to the Central Committee's documents.

Emphasizing the spirit of preparing documents of the Central Committee for the congress with very strong innovations, comrade Le Minh Hung suggested that Vinh Phuc province also needs to have innovative thinking, determination, set high development goals in the documents of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and after the resolution is issued, there must be an action program to start implementing immediately. Develop specific socio-economic development scenarios, assign, decentralize, and arrange resources in all fields to ensure the completion of the set goals.

Regarding personnel work, the Head of the Central Organizing Committee suggested that Vinh Phuc province pay attention to evaluating cadres, gradually arranging, organizing, and preparing cadre resources for party congresses at all levels. The process of evaluating and arranging cadres needs to be frank, thorough, objective, serious, correctly assessing the moral qualities, qualifications and capacity of cadres, prioritizing the arrangement of qualified cadres into important positions and having policies to retain qualified cadres in the process of streamlining the apparatus. Promote the role and responsibility of leaders in the work of arranging cadres; strengthen propaganda of the Party and State's policies and guidelines, create high consensus in the implementation process, and at the same time ensure policies and regimes for cadres subject to arrangement.

Along with that, focusing on the work of building and rectifying the Party, the political system is clean and strong, clearly defining two key tasks: focusing on leading, directing and successfully organizing the Party Congresses at all levels and the 18th Congress of the Provincial Party Committee, and being exemplary and seriously implementing policies on streamlining the organizational apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently, and being ready to draft documents and materials under the authority to deploy immediately after the conclusions, resolutions and directives of the Central Committee are available.
