On the occasion of the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024), a large number of cadres, party members and people in the province came to offer flowers, incense, and report to Uncle Ho at Uncle Ho's Memorial House, and visit the Ho Chi Minh Park National Monument in Lao Cai city.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegations, people, teachers and students in Lao Cai province and city respectfully offered flowers and incense to express their gratitude and commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the nation, who devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation and unification. At the same time, the delegations reported to Uncle Ho about the outstanding achievements that the localities and units had achieved, contributing to the development of Lao Cai province. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have created a widespread influence in the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in the province, from which many typical advanced examples have emerged in various fields.

According to statistics from the functional sector, on the occasion of the 134th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday, Uncle Ho Memorial House - National Monument Ho Chi Minh Park Lao Cai welcomed nearly 30 delegations with more than 1,000 people coming to offer flowers and incense to pay their respects to President Ho Chi Minh.
