Rising stream water has seriously affected some households in Hamlet 2 and Hamlet 6, including four households that were deeply flooded and forced to evacuate urgently.

Immediately after grasping the situation, the Defense Command of Area 1 coordinated with the Binh An Commune authorities to deploy rescue forces. The commune military force quickly organized support to evacuate people and property. However, due to the strong water flow, there was still one household that could not be reached.

The Defense Command of Region 1 mobilized 4 officers, 10 regular militia soldiers along with vehicles including 1 truck, 1 canoe, 1 handboat, 15 life jackets and many rescue equipment to the scene.

Currently, functional forces are on duty, closely monitoring the flood situation and are ready to deploy further rescue plans to ensure absolute safety for people in flooded areas.
