The People's Committee of Da Nang city has issued a decision approving the project to promote and develop the value of Ma Nhai documentary heritage at the special national relic site of Ngu Hanh Son.
The city has proposed two phases to implement the project from now until 2030 and towards 2045.

Phase 1 will focus on preserving, restoring, and digitizing Ma Nhai documents; building a smart interpretation system, producing promotional films, multilingual photo books, and 3D Mapping films.
At this stage, the city will incorporate Ma Nhai content and knowledge into the local education program (35 periods/class/school year, junior high and high school levels).
Phase 2 will promote the value of Ma Nhai with tourism , invest in artistic lighting, build a virtual museum, inventory and restore all relics and promote the application of 4.0 technology in preserving and promoting heritage.
Ma Nhai at Ngu Hanh Son is a system of 78 texts in Chinese and Nom (Han Nom) characters carved on cliffs and caves, with diverse content, unique forms, and many literary genres of kings, mandarins of the Nguyen Dynasty, high monks, intellectuals, dating from the first half of the 17th century to the 20th century.
In 2023, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) recognized Ma Nhai at Ngu Hanh Son scenic spot as a documentary heritage under the Memory of the World Program in the Asia-Pacific region.
