Providing more information to Giao Thong Newspaper, a representative of the Inland Waterways Sub-Department of Region I said that waterway vehicles in circulation, if they want to anchor, must be at the announced location, with anchor buoys, anchor posts, and guidance signals to ensure safety because it also depends on hydrological conditions and water flow.

For the permanent anti-collision work, depending on the actual water flow situation, permanent units will be arranged during the rainy and stormy season at some locations to ensure the safety of waterway traffic through the area.
