At the permanent anti-collision and traffic control positions during the flood and storm seasons, proactively learn and mobilize vehicles to move to areas that ensure safety.

Informing Giao thong Newspaper, a representative of the Inland Waterways Department of Region I said that when waterway vehicles are in circulation and want to anchor, they must be at the announced location, with anchor buoys, anchor posts, and guidance signals to ensure safety because it also depends on hydrological conditions and water flow.

For the permanent anti-collision work, depending on the actual water flow situation, permanent units will be arranged during the rainy and stormy season at some locations to ensure the safety of waterway traffic through the area.
