According to Mr. Tran Tri Quang, Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Forum Organizing Committee, the preparations are currently being actively implemented. The units are speeding up the progress of some remaining tasks, ensuring that the organization is carried out carefully and in accordance with the set goals.

According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, this week, pre-Forum activities will take place, organizing 2 direct and online training courses to discuss the topics: Green Agriculture , Green Tourism on November 7 and 8 for startups, innovation organizations of Dong Thap province and the Mekong Delta region.
Departments, branches in the province and the Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV) are urgently implementing the main contents of the plenary session of the Forum, taking place from November 15-16, at the Dong Thap Labor Culture House. Including preparing content for the discussion sessions, technology demonstrations, building the video clip "Green Economy - New driving force for development" and the report: "Journey to find the Mekong Green Transformation Initiative 2024"; making the Forum's proceedings... Communication and logistics work are being deployed to ensure the Forum's success.
Vice President Tran Tri Quang emphasized that this Forum was prepared more carefully and elaborately, aiming to promote the spirit of action of both the public and private sectors, focusing on the start-up business force with innovative ideas, to concretize the Government's policy on planning the Mekong Delta region for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, which is "Sustainable development, innovation, ensuring harmony of natural advantages, while creating unique marks". In particular, focusing on the goal of establishing Dong Thap as the "Center for green digital transformation solutions in the Mekong Delta region" in the current new situation.
