The hypothetical situation is that at 8:00 a.m. on October 24, a fire broke out at a house on To Hien Thanh Street, Dien Hong Ward.

The cause of the fire and explosion was due to a short circuit in the motorbike battery, sparks that ignited flammable materials, causing the fire to spread to the surrounding area. At the same time, gas leaked, causing an explosion and collapse of the house next door.

Fire and rescue forces sprayed water to extinguish the fire.

The fire has the potential to spread to surrounding areas of about 100 square meters. The fire emits a lot of toxic smoke and gas, high temperatures, threatening the lives and health of everyone in the area. If not controlled and extinguished in time, the fire will spread and become larger.

Fire and rescue forces took victims out of the fire.

After receiving the news, the Fire Police and Rescue Force urgently mobilized vehicles and officers to the scene to coordinate with local forces to put out the fire and rescue the victims.

At about 8:30 a.m. the same day, the fire was extinguished and the victims were rescued in time.
