In implementing the plan for propaganda and participation in activities commemorating Hung Kings' Ancestral Anniversary - Hung Temple Festival and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week in the year of the Snake 2025, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed all levels of the Youth Union and Associations to establish and organize volunteer youth teams to participate in serving the incense offering ceremony to commemorate the Hung Kings; maintaining security and order, traffic safety; reception work, guiding delegates and tourists; environmental sanitation, etc.

Youth volunteer teams carried out activities from March 29th to April 7th (corresponding to the 1st to 10th day of the 3rd lunar month of the Year of the Snake) with nearly 4,000 young volunteers participating. Specific tasks included: Teams representing the descendants of Lac and Hong, and children participating in the incense offering ceremony on the morning of March 10th; coordinating with the police force to maintain traffic safety and order at traffic light intersections in Viet Tri city, national and provincial highways, and the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway interchanges in Viet Tri city, Phu Ninh district, and Ha Hoa district; participating in traffic congestion prevention and control plans at the Hung Temple historical site during peak days; participating in environmental hygiene awareness campaigns, guiding and assisting tourists, and directly collecting waste at the Hung Temple historical site during the festival.
