Bac Ninh Farmers' Association, as a solid foundation, has promoted movements, united members, and contributed to building modern agriculture and sustainable rural areas.

After the merger, the association quickly built a widespread organizational network with 99 association bases, 2,723 branches and more than 387 thousand members. The association movement aroused the spirit of competition and united the farming community, connecting the industrial delta region with the midland region with rich agricultural potential, creating a diverse development space rich in identity for the province's agriculture.

One of the highlights is the “Good Farmers in Production and Business” movement, which attracts more than 300,000 registrations each year, with nearly 175,000 households achieving the title. The movement not only encourages production but also honors exemplary models.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem in Viet Doan commune is a typical example. As a “farmer scientist ”, he invented an improved seeding machine from scrap metal, helping the whole village save labor. “I think farmers are not only good at production but can also invent machinery.

Seeing the excitement of the people, I feel very proud of farming,” said Mr. Liem. Similarly, Mr. Hoang Dinh Que in Tan An ward applies a circular agriculture model for pig farming, achieving an income of 1.5 billion VND/year and creating jobs for 6 regular workers.

Over the years, the Provincial Farmers' Association has oriented its members to exploit local strengths to develop key products such as Luc Ngan litchi, a famous brand exported to more than 30 countries with exemplary results for organizing production according to the value chain.

Along with that, the association supports product standardization, traceability and access to e-commerce platforms. The program "One Commune One Product" has brought hundreds of products achieving OCOP from 3 to 4 stars, not only as goods but also as "cultural ambassadors" of Kinh Bac region...
These regional linkages help agricultural products reach further, improving quality and brand. To solve challenging problems such as small-scale production, uneven technology application, environmental pollution and climate change, digital transformation is considered a breakthrough spearhead.

The Association has organized more than 187,000 members to participate in the Vietnam Farmers Digital Platform. By 2030, it aims to have 70% of members equipped with digital skills, and thousands of households bringing their products to e-commerce platforms.

In addition, the association strives to establish 200 more cooperative groups and 50 cooperatives, linked with processing enterprises and consumer markets. Typically, at the Phu Lang Commune Farmers' Association, which includes 15 branches and 3,641 members, the emulation movement for good production and business here attracted 5,800 registrations with 5,600 titles; supported the development of 21 OCOP products, of which 18 products achieved 3 stars, 3 products achieved 4 stars.

In addition to economic development, the Farmers’ Association of Bac Ninh province focuses on social security and climate change adaptation. Over the past years, the association has mobilized more than 1.29 billion VND and nearly 6,000 working days to eliminate 153 temporary houses, donate dozens of “Farmer’s Love” houses, hundreds of health insurance cards, breeding cows and savings books to poor members.

At the same time, it encourages creativity, turns small ideas into practical products, and spreads the spirit of innovation. In particular, the association contributes to building advanced, exemplary new rural areas with 236 environmental protection models, beautifying village roads and alleys, organizing cultural and sports activities, and preserving traditional festivals.

These efforts not only build the economy but also nurture spiritual life, making the association a reliable support for hundreds of thousands of members. Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Bac Ninh province Nguyen Hoang Trung said: "The transformation of Bac Ninh farmers does not stop at numbers but also in the spirit of confidence, creativity and integration.

From circular farming models to exported OCOP products, farmers are mastering technology and markets, thereby contributing to the comprehensive development of their homeland, making it rich, beautiful, and civilized.
