Domestic coffee price list updated on the morning of May 4, 2025.

Experts believe the coffee market has recovered significantly, thanks to increased demand from China and support from macroeconomic factors. In the short term, coffee prices are expected to maintain a slight upward trend, but close monitoring of global supply and demand factors is necessary.

According to data from the Customs Department (Ministry of Finance), from the beginning of the year to mid-April 2025, Vietnam's total coffee exports reached 580,999 tons, with a value increase of nearly 47%, reaching US$3.3 billion. With this result, coffee has surpassed seafood to become the second largest agricultural export item, after wood and wood products.

Coffee industry experts predict that domestic coffee prices are likely to continue rising, or at least remain at record highs, if the dry weather persists and supply does not improve. However, the market remains sensitive to weather news and intervention from importers. Many believe that, with its enormous potential and long history, Vietnamese coffee has the opportunity to conquer even the most demanding markets globally. However, the door to the world market will only truly open when the industry focuses on building a sustainable production chain from cultivation to processing.

According to other sources, coffee exports from many other countries are beginning to increase rapidly in order to take advantage of high market prices.

According to a report by Uganda's Ministry of Agriculture, the country's coffee exports in March 2025 nearly doubled compared to the same period last year, thanks to a bumper crop. The report stated that the East African nation exported a total of 642,981 bags of coffee (60 kg/bag) in March, an increase of over 90% compared to the same month last year.
