Thien Long Group Joint Stock Company has just approved a resolution of the Board of Directors regarding the implementation of an additional dividend for 2024 in shares and an interim dividend for 2025 in cash.

Specifically, the company will pay dividends for 2024 at a ratio of 10:1, meaning shareholders owning 10 shares will receive 1 additional new share. The total number of shares expected to be issued is 8.78 million units.

Simultaneously, the company is also paying an interim dividend for 2025 in cash at a rate of 10% of par value, meaning each share will receive 1,000 VND. The expected payment date is December 26th, and the total amount of interim dividend that Thien Long needs to disburse is nearly 87.8 billion VND.

With the current shareholder structure, the family group of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Gia Tho, will be the largest recipient of dividends. Mr. Tho alone holds approximately 5.76 million TLG shares (about 6.56%).

In addition, Thien Long An Thinh Company - a business he owns - is currently the largest shareholder with over 41.1 million shares, equivalent to nearly 46.8% of the charter capital. Many other family members, from his wife to his siblings and in-laws, also hold significant amounts of shares.

Overall, the group of shareholders associated with Mr. Co Gia Tho owns approximately 58.75% of Thien Long's shares.

After the company completes this dividend distribution, the family group expects to receive more than 5.15 million new shares and approximately 51.5 billion VND in cash.

Based on the closing price on December 10th, the bonus shares they received alone were worth approximately 317 billion VND, bringing the total dividend value this group received, converted into cash, to over 368 billion VND.

Dividend distribution is based on the company's undistributed after-tax profits.

By the end of 2024, Thien Long recorded accumulated profits of approximately 857 billion VND. Thanks to its stable business operations over many years, the company has consistently maintained a tradition of paying dividends regularly, usually at around 20% of the par value.

How does Thien Long conduct its business?

Regarding business performance, the Q3 2025 financial report shows that Thien Long achieved revenue of VND 1,184 billion, an increase of 32% compared to the same period last year. For the first nine months of the year, revenue reached VND 3,238 billion, nearly 11% higher than the same period last year.

However, the sales growth did not translate into increased profits, with third-quarter profits reaching only over 75.7 billion VND, a 17% decrease compared to the previous year. Net profit after tax for the first nine months also decreased by nearly 11%, to 375 billion VND.

Thien Long explained that its export segment recovered strongly, contributing an additional 59 billion VND after the company promptly resolved issues in key markets.

However, in the context of increasingly fierce competition, businesses were forced to increase investment in sales activities and implement many demand-stimulating programs in the third quarter, leading to higher domestic costs and narrowing profit margins.
