Hanoi Eyeglasses Joint Stock Company is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out procedures for determining land prices for land lease fees, procedures related to the land lease contract, and registration of land and property changes on the issued land use right certificate in accordance with regulations after fulfilling its financial obligations.
Contact the City Tax Department to declare and pay annual land rent, non- agricultural land use tax, and other outstanding financial obligations (if any) as required.
During the land use process, Hanoi Eyeglasses Joint Stock Company must strictly comply with the regulations of the law on land, investment, construction, and planning; ensure environmental hygiene and fire prevention and control as prescribed in the Vietnamese Construction Standards; and is not allowed to change the land use purpose without the permission of the Hanoi People's Committee. Any change of land use purpose for investment projects (if any) must be carried out in accordance with the law on investment, bidding, auction, and other relevant laws.
