The campaign was launched by the Ministry of Public Security in February 2025, attracting more than 1,000 entries from professional and non-professional authors.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the memoirs and short stories have comprehensively reflected the activities of the People's Public Security force in various fields, thereby honoring the silent contributions and sacrifices of officers and soldiers over the past 80 years.
Many works are elaborately invested and rich in emotion; some young writers have worked hard to research and innovate in the way of expression, contributing to creating liveliness and appeal for the Creative Movement.
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 15 A prizes, 20 B prizes and 25 C prizes. Gia Lai province alone had 9 authors winning prizes, including 1 A prize, 2 B prizes and 6 C prizes.
