Lifelong learning is not a slogan but a motto, a cultural trait in every Hanoian . Learning to know, learning to do, learning to affirm one's own values. In this journey, every organization, every community, every citizen has a role and responsibility.
“Lifelong learning is the path that helps each person become a better version of themselves, maximize their abilities, and thereby make positive contributions to their family and society,” said Mr. Cuong.
