Hanoi determined to soon put the 18th Congress Resolution into practice

The Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee has identified 43 specific targets for the year 2030, categorized into four groups of issues: economy, society, environment, urban development, and Party building.

After three days of urgent, serious, and responsible work guided by the motto "Unity-Democracy-Discipline-Breakthrough-Development," the 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, concluded successfully and officially adjourned on the afternoon of October 17th. Attending the closing ceremony was Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Political Bureau and Standing Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee has identified 43 specific targets for the period up to 2030, categorized into four groups of issues: economy , society, environment, urban development, and Party building. Among these, some prominent goals include: Striving for a GRDP growth rate of 11.0% or higher per year; GRDP per capita exceeding US$12,000; and achieving 9 out of 10 criteria in the Happiness Index (HPI)… Simultaneously, identifying 3 development breakthroughs and 10 key tasks and solutions, demonstrating the strong determination and aspiration for the Capital City to rise strongly in the next term.
