Pursuant to Directive No. 46-CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over the enforcement of civil and administrative judgments and the proposal of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management ( Ministry of Justice ), the City People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards to enhance their responsibilities, closely coordinate with civil judgment enforcement agencies to effectively implement the Inter-sectoral Coordination Regulations at the central and local levels; coordinate with civil judgment enforcement agencies in notifying judgment enforcement, verifying judgment enforcement conditions, applying security measures, coercive measures, organizing judgment enforcement and other tasks on civil judgment enforcement in the area and management unit.
The City People's Committee requests the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the civil judgment enforcement agency and relevant units to research and advise the City People's Committee on financial support for the city's civil judgment enforcement agency in investing, renovating, repairing, upgrading the construction of headquarters, facilities, and equipment; removing difficulties in construction sites for civil judgment enforcement agencies; investing in information technology infrastructure, digital transformation, and in handling civil judgment enforcement assets related to land and construction.
The City Civil Judgment Enforcement advises the City People's Committee to regularly consolidate, improve and enhance the quality of operations of the City Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committee and direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles in recovering lost, misappropriated, corrupted assets, and backlogged, prolonged and complicated cases.
The City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department coordinates with the Department of Justice to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of legal documents on civil and administrative judgment enforcement to raise awareness and sense of compliance with the law on civil and administrative judgment enforcement; at the same time, coordinate with relevant units to monitor and urge the strict implementation of Directive No. 46-CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
