Hundreds of runners compete, explore M'nong culture, and focus on the community

TPO - The Lak Culture Half Marathon 2025, with the theme "M'nong gong rhythm", attracted more than 700 athletes to participate. On the sidelines of the tournament, many activities took place to support the community and protect the environment.

On June 29, Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union in coordination with the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the People's Committee of Lak district organized the Lak Culture Half Marathon 2025, with the theme "M'nong gong rhythm".

The race took place on June 29, attracting more than 700 athletes to participate.

Athletes compete in distances of 5km, 10km, 21km for both men and women.

On the sidelines of the race, on June 28, Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union coordinated with accompanying units to organize the 13th "Circle of Love" program.

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented 30 gifts to disadvantaged children, 10 wheelchairs to the disabled, organized medical examinations, distributed medicine, and gave gifts to 250 children; organized recreational activities, reading, free haircuts, and folk games.

Athletes and youth union members participated in planting 200 purple Lagerstroemia trees, implementing the "seed bomb" project to restore the forest.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee honored the best athletes in different distances and ages.
