Herbalife Vietnam, one of the leading health and fitness companies, is partnering with the Health and Life Newspaper , the official publication of the Ministry of Health , to organize the "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest in 2024 to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle in the community through practical challenges testing knowledge and exercise.
The competition aims to inspire participants and viewers to build healthy eating habits and exercise regularly to improve their health and happiness.
The 2024 "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" competition took place over three months with three rounds. Participants were required to demonstrate their knowledge in the fields of nutrition, health, and exercise, while also making positive physical changes. Candidates also had the opportunity to directly test their knowledge in interactive sessions with leading experts. The 12 most outstanding candidates were selected to participate in the final awards ceremony.
Journalist Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-in-Chief of the Health and Life Newspaper and Head of the competition organizing committee, said: “Around the world , each happiness index has different measurement methods and different purposes, but they all share a common criterion: ‘Health.’ We may not be beautiful but can still be happy, because we cannot be happy with a beautiful body but with poor health.”
When we are healthy, the criteria for natural beauty broaden, encompassing a wider range of standards. When we are healthy, we also want our loved ones and friends to be healthy and optimistic like us. This is also the theme and message of this year's "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest: "Together we are healthy, together we are beautiful, together we are happy."

The "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest was first held in 2022 and continued in 2023 with over 2,000 participants each year. The contest also reached millions of viewers nationwide.
“Sponsoring this contest is part of a long-term strategic partnership between Herbalife and Health and Life Newspaper to implement initiatives that help more people live healthier lives every day and achieve their long-term health and fitness goals.”

Season 3 of the "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest in 2024 is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above, with total prizes worth up to 180 million VND.
