However, since installing the "Electronic Party Member Handbook" software, he can grasp all information and results of the Party Cell's leadership in implementing political tasks in the month and the implementation of Party members' tasks, and even contribute opinions directly on the system.

Mr. Buong shared: This is a very useful software, because no matter where he is, he can always look up information related to resolutions, directives of the Party,... to learn and grasp more clearly. For the Party cell meetings that he cannot attend in time, he always sends a message to ask for permission from the Party cell Secretary, and at the same time takes advantage of the time when docking at ports and islands to read documents and participate in giving comments, as well as pay party fees.

The Hai Ninh village Party cell has 34 party members, of which 3 are fishermen. Every month, about 2 days before the meeting, the Party cell updates the meeting contents so that party members can study the documents and contribute their opinions. Thanks to this, party members who are fishermen but cannot attend can still update the software via their smartphones to grasp the Party cell's resolutions as well as the local situation.

Party cell secretary of Hai Ninh village, Duong Duy Din, said: At first, when the software "Electronic Party Member Handbook" was first installed, many party members did not regularly access the software to read and learn information. Therefore, the Party cell secretary had to remind and guide party members to use the features proficiently. Thanks to the software, many party members who do not participate in activities can still grasp the content and contribute ideas to the Party cell. He himself also saved time because the party cell meeting schedule and documents are all updated on the software.

Improve quality of life

Since installing and using the software "Electronic Party Member Handbook", studying the program and content of monthly activities in advance has become a familiar task for Party members of the Party Cell 27, Nghia Lo Ward. Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Thuong (Party member in the Party Cell) said that because she had time to study documents before the activities, she could speak up and build opinions on the right focus, contributing to improving the quality of Party Cell activities. In addition, through the software, she can also learn and look up resolutions, directives, regulations, documents of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and of each field to improve political awareness. It is known that up to now, Nghia Lo Ward has more than 90% of Party members installing and proficiently using the software "Electronic Party Member Handbook".

Mr. Do Minh Thuy, Head of the Party Building Committee of Nghia Lo Ward, said: Thanks to the software "Electronic Party Member Handbook", Party members are provided with information quickly, accurately, fully and promptly. Thereby, each Party member is a propagandist, disseminating to the masses the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's laws and policies.

Connecting Party Committees and Party Members

Ms. Truong Thi My Trang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, said that the implementation of the software "Electronic Party Member Handbook" has contributed to changing the awareness and habits of Party Committees, cadres and Party members about applying information technology and digital transformation in Party building work. The connection between Party Committees and Party members, especially Party members who work far away and have little contact with their residence, has been significantly improved. Up to now, over 90% of Quang Ngai Party members have installed and used the software "Electronic Party Member Handbook".

The “Electronic Party Member Handbook” helps disseminate policies and current information in the province to each Party member in a more timely manner. The Party member work tasks are included in the software, helping grassroots Party committees and Party members no longer be confused in the stages of Party member management, especially in developing new Party members. Although the form of Party cell activities through software is still new, through implementation, it has contributed to improving the quality of Party cell activities.

Ms. Truong Thi My Trang emphasized: In order to gradually digitize Party work, towards a scientific , flexible, effective and time-saving working method, Quang Ngai province strives for 100% of active Party members to have smartphones installed and proficiently use the software. To achieve this goal, the province focuses on strengthening propaganda so that Party members are aware of the positive benefits of using digital platforms; training and guidance to ensure that all Party members are proficient in using the application.
