According to Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thanh Ward, Vu Ngoc Tuat, 80 years ago, the Popular Education Movement contributed to eliminating illiteracy for millions of Vietnamese people. Today, amid the wave of technology and digital transformation, this spirit has been rekindled, with a new name - Digital Popular Education.
