Joining in the festive atmosphere of the nationwide back-to-school day, on the morning of September 5th, teachers and students of Tran Quoc Toan Primary School, Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City, solemnly held the opening ceremony for the new school year 2025-2026.
According to Mr. Duong Quang Nam, Principal of Tran Quoc Toan Primary School, at the ceremony, the 5th grade students and teachers presented a special cultural performance to welcome the 207 new students.

Accordingly, the students, all wearing red conical hats with a golden star symbol, formed the shape of the letter S, resembling the map of Vietnam. Meanwhile, the teachers were positioned at key points, creating the shapes of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa islands, symbolizing the spirit of "bringing literacy to distant islands."
Against a backdrop of vibrant music, the imagery of a flying dragon and a flock of white doves soaring through the air created a sacred atmosphere, conveying the faith and aspirations of the younger generation.
According to teacher Duong Quang Nam, through the special performance mentioned above, the school hopes to convey to all students a sacred message about love for the country, helping them to strive in their studies and training in the new school year.

On the morning of the same day, all 569 kindergartens and primary and secondary schools, with more than 294,000 students in Hue City, simultaneously held the opening ceremony for the 2025-2026 school year.
Mr. Nguyen Tan, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, said that the Hue education sector entered the new school year with a strong determination to innovate. The city will establish a commune-level education council to strengthen coordination and direction between schools and local authorities, thereby improving the quality of education to meet development requirements in the new period.

According to Mr. Tan, in preparation for the new school year, Hue City has spent over 422 billion VND to build 221 new classrooms, renovate and repair 418 classrooms; and invest in new, upgraded, and renovated a series of subject-specific rooms, functional rooms, libraries, and restrooms.
The Hue City Department of Education and Training also directed educational institutions to review, repair, and upgrade facilities to ensure conditions are met for the 2025-2026 school year.
